Consequential amendments of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006

15.—(1) Section 9A of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3) —
(a)after “provided” insert—
“—
(b)after “2003” insert—
“; or
(b)
otherwise than pursuant to a notification under section 368BA of the Communications Act 2003.”
(3) In subsection (4), after “(3)” (in both places where it appears) insert “(a)”.
(4) In subsection (5) after “(2)(b)” insert “ or (3)(b)”.
