1.—(1) This Order—

(a)may be cited as the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (Commencement No.2 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2010, and

(b)comes into force on 1st April 2010.

(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
