In regulations 9A(9)(b) and 69E(2) omit “(including any supplements to the prospectus)”.

In regulation 69E omit paragraph (4).

In regulations 69Q(5)(b)(ii) and 69Z51(5)(b)(ii) omit—
a
“proposed” in the first place in which that word occurs in each regulation; and
b
“(including any supplements to the proposed prospectus)”.
