This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2010 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provision) Order 2010.

In this Order—
a
“the Act” means the Financial Services Act 2010; and
b
“the 2000 Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 20002.
