Amendment of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Benefits, Membership and Contributions) Regulations 2007

14.  In regulation 14A (election to pay additional contributions: survivor benefits)(1)—

(a) in each place where it occurs—

(i) for “a member”, substitute “an active member”; and

(ii) for “the member”, substitute “the active member”; and

(b) omit paragraph (6).
