PART 3 JURISDICTION

Extension of limits of jurisdiction for the purposes of pilotage

17.—(1) The limits within which the Company shall have jurisdiction for the purposes of pilotage under Part 1 of the Pilotage Act 1987(1) shall include (in addition to the designated harbour) the added pilotage area.
