SCHEDULE 4 U.K. Delegation of Appellate Functions

1.  In this Schedule— U.K.

“appointed person” means a person appointed under regulation 53(2)(a);

“appointment”, in the case of any appointed person, means appointment under regulation 53(2)(a).
