The Terrorism Act 2006 (Disapplication of Section 25) Order 2010

This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25(2) of the Terrorism Act 20061.

In accordance with section 25(6) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
