2.  In the Schedule to the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) (Amendment) Order 2010(1) in paragraph 27(a) omit the reference to the Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 1966(2).
