SCHEDULE CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (c. 28)

3.  In Schedule 9 to the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004—

(a) omit paragraph 1YA(1);

(b) after paragraph 1ZA insert—

“1ZB.   The Department for Education.”
