Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Export Control (North Korea) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 28th January 2010.
Amendments
2. The Export Control (North Korea) Order 2007(1) is amended as set out in the Schedule to this Order.
