The Children’s Centres (Inspections) Regulations 2010 No. 1173

Prescribed intervals for inspections

2.—(1) This regulation applies to a children’s centre(1) established on or before 31st August 2010.

(2) The Chief Inspector(2) must inspect the children’s centre—

(a) on or before 31st August 2015, and

(b) thereafter, on or before the fifth anniversary of the previous inspection of the centre.
