5.  In section 160 (regulations), in subsection (2)—

(a) in paragraph (b), omit “of documents”; and

(b) after paragraph (d)—

(i) omit “and”, and

(ii) insert—

“(da) for or in connection with the transmission or making available of certificates of insurance as described in section 147(1A)(a) or (b) of this Act, and”.
