22. A consent under section 28E of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (duties in relation to sites of special scientific interest)(1).
Section 28E was amended by the Natural England and Rural Communities Act 2006 (c.16), section 105(1), Sch 11, Part 1, paragraph 79, 80, having been inserted by the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (c.37) section 75(1), Sch 9, paragraph 1.
