98. In regulation 21 (interest rate on the loans) of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009(1) in paragraph (1) for “Consumer Credit (Total Charge for Credit) Regulations 1980” substitute—
“Consumer Credit (Total Charge for Credit) Regulations 2010”.
