95. In regulation 6 (scope of application)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (1)(c) insert—
“(ca)a consumer credit agreement regulated under the 1974 Act to which the right of withdrawal applies under section 66A of that Act”;
(b)in paragraph (2) for “(c) or (d)(iii)” substitute “(c), (ca) or (d)(iii)”.
