Education (Student Loans for Tuition Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2006

90.  In regulation 11 (interest) of the Education (Student Loans for Tuition Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2006(1) in paragraph (1) for “Consumer Credit (Total Charge for Credit) Regulations 1980” substitute—

“Consumer Credit (Total Charge for Credit) Regulations 2010”.
