57.—(1) The Consumer Credit (Payments Arising on Death) Regulations 1983(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2—
“(a)after “section 74(1)(c)” insert “and (IF)”;
(b)for “except section 56” substitute—
“except sections 55, 55A, 55B, 55C, 56, 60, 61, 61A and 66A”.
