Reports to creditors27
A progress report must be produced for—
a
the first period of 6 months of the special administration;
b
every subsequent period of 6 months; and
c
when the special administrator ceases to act, the period from the date of the previous report (or, if there was none, from the beginning of the special administration) until the administrator ceases to act.
