9. There is to be no appeal against a decision on health in pregnancy grant on the following grounds—
(a)a decision of the United Kingdom Border Agency relating to a person’s immigration status;
(b)a decision of the Commissioners under paragraph 12(3)(i) of the Administration Regulations to permit a person to act on behalf of a claimant who is unable to act;
(c)the amount of health in pregnancy grant.
