Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(3)(a) and (8) of the Private Security Industry Act 20011, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 24(1) of that Act:
In accordance with section 24(4)2 of that Act the Secretary of State has consulted with the Scottish Ministers and the Security Industry Authority.
