Charitable Deductions (Approved Schemes) Regulations 1986

22.—(1) Regulation 8 of the Charitable Deductions (Approved Schemes) Regulations 1986(1) (appeals) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)—

(a) after “may” insert “appeal; and

(b) omit from “, require the matter” to the end of the paragraph.

(3) In paragraph (2)—

(a) after “may” insert “appeal; and

(b) omit from “, require the matter” to the end of the paragraph.
