Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc) Act 1999 U.K.

271.—(1) Section 12 (exercise of right of appeal) is amended as follows.

(2) For subsection (3) substitute—

“(3) The notice of appeal shall specify the grounds of appeal.”.

(3) Omit subsections (4) and (5).
