The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 418 of the Insolvency Act 1986(1), makes the following Order:—

1986 c.45; section 215S and Schedule 4ZA were inserted by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 c. 15, section 108 and Schedules 17 and 20.
