Modification of provisions of the 2003 Act21
Section 89 of the 2003 Act (right of entry: supplementary) is modified such that, for the words “this Chapter” substitute “Schedule 3 to the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Commencement No.9, Consequential Amendments and Transitory, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2009”.
