The Immigration and Nationality (Cost Recovery Fees) Regulations 2009 No. 421

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration and Nationality (Cost Recovery Fees) Regulations 2009 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall come into force on 6^th April 2009.

(2) Regulations 4, 12(h), 12(i), 12(n), 21(4) and 21(5) shall come into force on 31^st March 2009.
