Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration and Nationality (Cost Recovery Fees) Regulations 2009 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall come into force on 6^th April 2009.

Regulations 4, 12(h), 12(i), 12(n), 21(4) and 21(5) shall come into force on 31^st March 2009.
