Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2009 in relation to Scotland4
The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 6th April 2009, in relation to Scotland—
a
section 176(1) to (3) and (5) to (9), so far as it relates to land identified in national policy statements;
b
section 178; and
c
section 236 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 12.
