The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 66C(1) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998(1), makes the following Order:

1998 c.37. Section 66C was inserted by section 48 of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 9 to, the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (c.4).
