1.  In Schedule 2(1) omit “Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform” and “Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills”.

Coinage Act 1971 (c. 24)

2.—(1) In section 6(3)(2) for “the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills” substitute “the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills”.

Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (c. 17)
