Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 (c. 19)

8.  In Schedule 1(1)—

(a) insert in the appropriate place “Department for Business, Innovation and Skills”,

(b) omit the entry for the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, and

(c) omit the entry for the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills.
