SCHEDULE CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

PART 1 PRIMARY LEGISLATION

Weights and Measures Act 1985 (c. 72)

4.—(1) In section 3(1) and (5)(1) for “Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills standards” substitute “Department for Business, Innovation and Skills standards”.

(2) In section 94(1)(2) for “Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills standards” substitute “Department for Business, Innovation and Skills standards”.

(3) In paragraph (e) of Part 5 of Schedule 2(3) for “the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills” substitute “the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills”.
