33.  In Schedule 2(1)—

(a) omit “The Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform” and “The Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills”, and

(b) insert in the appropriate place “The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills”.
