10. In regulation 25(1) for “section 32(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967”(1) substitute “section 19(3B) of the Act”(2).
Amendments to section 32(2) were made by section 21 of the Costs in Criminal Cases Act 1973 (c. 14); sections 31(5) and 31(6) of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985; section 51(2) of the Courts Act 1971 (c. 23) and section 304 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44). There are other amendments to section 32 none of which are relevant.
Section 19(3B) of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 was inserted by section 378(1) of the Armed Forces Act 2006 (c. 52). Section 19(3B)(b)(i) was amended by sections 6(2) and 148(2) of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (c. 4).
