The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred by section 14 of the Local Land Charges Act 1975(1) and with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Rules:
1975, c.76. Section 14 was amended by section 158 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (c.42) and by section 15(1) of, and paragraphs 82 and 85(1) of Part 1 of Schedule 4 to, the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c.4).
