1. These Regulations may be cited as the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 22nd September 2009. The Antarctic Regulations 1995(1) (“the principal Regulations”), as amended(2), and these Regulations may be cited together as the Antarctic Regulations 1995 to 2009.
