This Order may be cited as the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2009.

Articles 2 and 3 come into force on the day that section 60(1) of the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 20082 (referred to in this Order as the “2008 Act”) comes into force.

Otherwise this Order comes into force on 14th September 2009.
