Amendment to the Welsh Language Regulations 1987
25.—(1) The Welsh Language Regulations are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 2 (Prescribed forms) for forms 1, 2, 6A, 6B and 7 substitute forms 1, 2, 6A, 6B and 7 in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
(3) In Schedule 3, for the entries in columns (1), (2) and (3) substitute the entries in columns (1), (2) and (3) in the table in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.
