The Foreign Marriage (Armed Forces) Order 19646 is amended as follows.

In article 1(1) for “in the case of persons” to the end is substituted “in the case of a civilian serving or employed under Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom in the territory where the marriage is solemnized, be employment in a prescribed capacity.”

In article 2 for “are capacities involving” is substituted “are capacities connected with Her Majesty’s forces (within the meaning of the Armed Forces Act 2006) involving”.
