Title and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st September 2009, except for regulation 4 which comes into force on 1st January 2010.

Amendments

2.  The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (England) Regulations 2006(1) are amended as follows.

Amendments coming into force on 1st September 2009

3.  In Schedule 2—

(a)for the entry for Rosa, substitute the entry for Rosa set out in the Schedule to these Regulations;

(b)after the entry for Prunus, insert the entry for Psidium set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Amendment coming into force on 1st January 2010

4.  For Schedule 2, substitute—
