The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 137, 145 and 210(7) of the Education Act 20021, makes the following Regulations.

Citation and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education (Principals’ Qualifications) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 23rd October 2009.

The Further Education (Principals’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 20072 are amended as set out in regulation 3.
