Amendment of regulation 69P

19.  Regulation 69P (form and timing of notice under regulation 69O)(1) is amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (7)(a) for “69U” substitute “9B”, and

(b) in paragraph (8)(a) for “69U” substitute “9B”.
