In paragraph 4(1) of each of Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to the Principal Regulations omit “; in case of an equality of votes, the chairman shall have a second or casting vote”.

Sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 4 of each of Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to the Principal Regulations is revoked.
