38.  In Part 10 of Schedule 12 to the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 (basis of valuation: docks), in paragraph 4 M1 (interpretation) in the definition of “subsidiary”, for “Article 4 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “ section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
