in section 16(6) (relaxation of contractual restrictions on Transport for London: meaning of “subsidiary”), and
b
in paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 2 (transfer schemes: interpretation), in the definition of “subsidiary”,
for “section 736 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “
section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006
”
