229.—(1) Section 40 of that Act (existing companies: Scottish charities) is amended as follows.
(2) For the heading substitute “Becoming a community interest company: Scottish charities”.
(3) In subsection (4)(1) for “by special resolution change its name to comply with section 33” substitute “become a community interest company”.
(4) In subsection (5)(2) for “section 28(6) of the 1985 Act” substitute “section 38A”.
