In section 44(2A)(c) M1 of the Child Support Act 1991 (jurisdiction over non-resident parents employed by UK companies), for “registered under the Companies Act 1985 in England and Wales or in Scotland, or under the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “ registered under the Companies Act 2006 ”.
