M1The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1046(1), (2) and (4) to (6), 1047(1), 1049(1) to (3), 1050(3) to (5), 1051(1) to (3), 1053(2) to (5), 1054(1) and (2), 1055, 1056, 1058(1) to (3), 1078(5), 1105(1) and (2), 1140(2), 1292 (1) and (4), and 1294 of the Companies Act 2006 .
In accordance with sections 1046(8), 1051(5), 1053(6), 1290, 1292(4) and 1294(6) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by each House of Parliament.C1
