This Order appoints 29th June 2009 as the day for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator Code of Practice No.12: Circumstances in relation to the material detriment test.

A full Impact Assessment has not been published for this Order as no impact on the private, public or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
