Amendment of the Education (Assisted Places) (Incidental Expenses) Regulations 1997

2.—(1) The Education (Assisted Places) (Incidental Expenses) Regulations 1997(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2—
(a)in paragraph (2), for “£14,443” substitute “£15,122”;
(b)in paragraph (3), for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—
“(a)£94 where the relevant income does not exceed £14,019; and
(b)£48 where that income exceeds £14,019, but does not exceed £15,122.”
(3) In regulation 4—
(a)in paragraph (3), for “£13,410” substitute “£14,032”; and
(b)in paragraph (4)—
(i)for “£13,410” substitute “£14,032”; and
(ii)for “£13,231” substitute “£13,853”.
